As a result of research processes related to artistic matter, Rafael Romero has spent 30 years researching and developing teaching and practical workshops based on old formulations, techniques and pictorial materials in danger of disappearing. Materials from the earth and bio-territory such as medieval inks, manufactured from natural ionic sources of iron, tannins and galls generously and respectfully provided by our forests.
