The last few days spend inside a crevice created by a river which has been flowing for a several thousands of years but currently does not, makes me contemplate the discontinuity of creative processes. Even if they are not persistently incessant its impact could be profound. My work here is a kind of installation I use usually to evoke the voice of a river. With this particular case its silence - the lack of hearable melody is as significant as a fermata in musical structure. We just need to understand that human life dynamic does not apply to all earhtly beings. Arroyo del Plogar will flow eventually and its voice will be heard.
